Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteering at The Carrot: The coffee house is completely volunteer driven so we are always looking for baristas, hosts for our open mic stage on Saturday nights, cashiers, and those interested in helping with special events. Volunteering on a Committee: The Arts on the Ave board welcomes people to participate on one of our committees. Depending on your interest and expertise, you can choose from the Theatre Committee (for performance events and activities), the Curating Committee (for visual arts events and activities), the Carrot Committee (for the coffee house) and the Festival Committee. (plans our winter and fall festivals) If you would like to volunteer in any capacity, please contact Christy Morin at christytheatre@shaw.ca or call 722-3733.
Volunteering for Special Events
The 3rd annual Arts Alive Festival takes place on Sept. 26th, 27th and 28th and there are plenty of volunteer opportunities available. Please contact Christy for more information.
