Street Hockey Tournament
The Deep Freeze Street Hockey Tournament is back for another year!
Recruit your friends and family to team-up for a friendly afternoon street hockey tournament over the festival weekend on 118th Avenue. Teams must be a minimum of 4 (3 players, 1 goalie), to a maximum of 7. Team captains register your team early as space is limited! Information, Registration and Waiver forms can be downloaded below.

We’re also looking for volunteers for the Tournament including referees for both days, as well as a couple helpers to assist with set up and tear down on Sunday, January 8th. If you’re interested in any of these opportunities, contact Andrea at deepfreezevolunteers@gmail.com to sign up.
Tourament Information
The tournament consists of round-robin play as well as playoffs. The round-robin has two divisions, with four teams in each. Each team will play 3 games against its division. Playoffs are a single knockout bracket style, which will have the team who finished first in their division play the team who finished last, etc. The two teams that win their division playoffs will then play against each other in the championship series!

All team members must fill out Waiver forms. Each team captain must provide them in person before the tournament begins: by Noon on Saturday, January 7th, 2012
