While listening to an old radio show, 8-year-old Pauline is suddenly whisked away to the zany land of Serial |Town which is under attack by the League of Evil Doers. Pauline, along with her trusty sidekick, Claude, must save Serial Town and find her way home before the Evil Doers prevail! Will she be able to save the town in time?
PROJECT WHOOPING CRANE

Internationally acclaimed Green Fools Theatre presents Project Whooping Crane, an ecological story of friendship, dedication, struggle and survival. Using puppets, masks and music, the Green Fools tell the story of the whooping cranes—a symbol for endangered species everywhere—and their relationship to us all. In 2006 Saskatoon-born Jeremy Baumung started to work at the Spady Centre in Edmonton. The Spady Centre, known as a “harm-reduction” centre, is the place where people go when no one else will take them. Out of his experience comes this powerful one-man show. HOMELESS is a funny, searing, moving journey through the lives of those society tries its best to forget.
Festival Tip: During all performances please avoid the use of flash photography, pagers and cell phones. Parents with young children who find it hard to sit quietly are welcome to use the back foyer.
