Arts on the Ave lives, works, plays and creates in the Alberta Avenue Arts District
Arts on the Ave Edmonton Society is a registered non-profit, charity organization, engaged in developing Alberta Avenue (NAIT to Northlands) into a curated arts district.
Begun in 2005 and incorporated into a Society in 2007, this creative coalition has experienced exponential growth working with thousands of multi-disciplinary artists and invested community members. Arts on the Ave is committed to offering professionally curated arts programming through its many unique community programs.
Arts on the Ave is headquartered at The Carrot Community Arts Coffeehouse (9351 – 118 Ave). The Carrot is a volunteer-powered, professionally managed, not-for-profit coffeehouse. It has become a professional arts venue and hub for curated arts presentations and exhibitions.
Make your way down to Alberta Avenue, learn more about Arts on the Ave and pop into the Carrot to enjoy direct trade coffee and live / open stages.
